Daryl, I was just thinking of you today, wondering how you were and what you were up to, and there was your wonderful offer! I would love to participate with you and our colleagues. Yes, we have as many questions as stories...these days, how to create adequate capacity for change...how to more deeply engage leaders in the personal work required of them for their priority trnasformations to succeed...and how to create change disciplines in the organization so that it is more capable to lead and implement without all of the start-up fuss... I would love to hear others' questions of the day, and comments aobut these!

All the best, and thanks for doing this! Warmly, Linda

Daryl, Thank you for taking on the formation of a change practitioner community – one in which we can learn from one another. The conversation you have started will be of great value for those of us who participate with you. I look forward to being part of the community of practitioners who are joined in this conversation.
